For several years, Nelson Mandela University has been collaborating with Universum on the annual CareerTest, also known as the South African Talent Survey. 

Nelson Mandela University celebrated its  Summer Graduation in the Indoor Sport Centre on Monday, 12 November 2022 with the capping and hooding of 83 masters and 26 doctoral graduands.

 

During Vice-Chancellor Professor Sibongile Muthwa’s trip to the US, we had the pleasure of hosting several events in Washington, D.C. (18th October) and New York City (21st October) for our US-based alumni, a group that includes both holders of multiple degrees and participants in short-stay study abroad programs at our University and its legacy institutions. 

Your kind donation to your alma mater to be in service to society by finding solutions to the grand challenges facing society and give practical expression to our value of ubuntu.
 
In 1962, Nelson Mandela, then the first commander-in-chief of Umkhonto we Sizwe (MK), secretly left South Africa. He travelled across the African continent for seven months, meeting African leaders and seeking support for the anti-apartheid struggle.
