The Nelson Mandela University Alumni My Contribution Fund is a discretionary fund to support University and Alumni Association programmes.
Your donations, regular or once off, as alumni and friends of Nelson Mandela University, will contribute to the development of our learning, teaching, research, and engagement programmes to ensure excellence as a leading African university.
If 1000 alumni and friends donate R100 per month or R1200 annually, your alma mater will have R1.2m to ensure we have an enabling environment to develop world class graduates who potentially can help to Change the World. Imagine the impact if 2000 alumni and friends give R1200 annually or 5000 alumni and friends donate R1200 annually!
The Alumni My Contribution Fund is the primary means by which alumni and friends of the University can give tax-deductible (SA based) donations on a monthly or annual basis.
We encourage our alumni and friends to contribute monthly affordable amounts to help develop a culture of giving which will influence the experiences of current students and both the development and sustainability of Nelson Mandela University.
