Why updating your university alumni profile is important?

• Formal communication wrt institutional, faculty or programme developments can be shared.
• Invitations can be shared to attend governance meetings and  institutional events where important institutional or alumni related matters are shared and discussed.  
• Participation in Alumni Association elections to elect representatives to institutional structures such as Council and the Institutional Forum as well as electing Alumni Association Executive Committee members.
• The Alumni Association constitution clause 6.3 also states: It is incumbent upon every member of the Association to notify the Secretary in writing of any change of address or name or any other relevant contact details.
• Your personal information is safe and will only be used to share information relevant to your connection to your alma mater as we value you as alumni
