Change the world

Thetha, Nelson Mandela University’s magazine for alumni and friends, now available

"Nelson Mandela University continues in its endeavours to be a transformative, responsive and sustainable university, with institutional initiatives embedded in a broader context," says our Vice-Chancellor Professor Sibongile Muthwa.

Read more about the University's various initiatives to be a transformative, responsive and sustainable public university in the service of society in the latest edition of Thetha magazine

The magazine celebrates the launch of the University's first institutional online donation platform and giving page, as well as many institutional developments and the achievements of our students, staff and alumni.

This issue also introduces newly elected Alumni Association office bearers and the executive committee members as they embark on their three-year term of office.

Each of us, regardless of our official standing, can all be in service of society in helping to change the world, wherever we find ourselves.

Please help us to share the good news of our efforts in making a positive difference.  We’d love to hear from you, so do email your feedback to alumni@mandela.ac.za
